Customer Review: Beware, arrives unwrapped and appears used
I wouldn’t order this, at least not from Amazon. The third party vendor sent it in a padded envelope but otherwise unwrapped, with no manufacturer packaging or any other indication that it is a new item. I’m not going to plug my device into it, under the circumstances. Still waiting to hear from the seller about getting my money back.
Edit update on grievance to seller: the seller did exchange emails with me and defended themselves, saying this was a new item they had unwrapped for ease of shipping. They offered to accept a return, though refunding only my purchase price, not shipping. The cost of shipping it back will just about cancel that out, so I am probably not going to bother to return it.
My warning still stands: there’s just no way to tell, other than the seller’s word, that this is indeed a new item intended for the use described. Without the packaging, the seller’s claim cannot be verified.
