We’ve used our GO 700, Gabby, extensively for about 12 months traveling throughout the upper midwest not only for finding backroad routes but motels and restaurants as well. We even hauled her to Washington, DC to help us navigate the labyrinth of roads to find the stuff we wanted to see. It’s exceedingly easy to use and the features on their PC software, TomTom Home, make it a simple task to maintain currency of software, maps, POIs, etc. It even includes a feature to backup and restore your GO! And operate your GO from your PC!

Ordered this as a replacement charger (my aunt lost the home charger to her Tom Tom). I think it’s a little silly that the unit cannot charge through USB, but perhaps it is too much to ask. Anyways, the product works perfectly with my current Tom Tom and although I don’t have the other non-American standard plugs to test, I’m sure the adapters work perfectly as well.
Customer Review: Not For Tom Tom Model 910
I purchased the charger based on Amazon’s recommendation that others who purchased a Tom Tom 910 GPS, also purchased the charger. When I received the Tom Tom model 910, I found that a home charger was included with the GPS. When I returned from my European trip, I tried to return the unit to Amazon for credit but found that Amazon would not accept returns after 30 days. Now I’m stuck with an extra home charger.

We go to alot of Dog shows, many shows are in rural area with limited street addess. We used it several times and has provided excellent informaiton on the highways and streets. Hint don’t use the center of town as your final destanation, use as many street names and numbers.Also get and AC charger for the house
