Customer Review: i am not satisfied
that battery is not original battery of sony, the brand is POWER2000. seller should say that in technical details. i’m not satisfied with this product because i expect the original one.
Customer Review: good battery
This is the exact same battery that came with my camera and lasts just as long. If you take a lot of pictures you might want to consider having 3 batteries instead of two but I’ve only gotten into trouble once and that was when I discovered the non-brand-name car charger was not working properly - if I’d have had a decent car charger I’d have been fine but I did run out of battery that once time in Yellowstone when I took a lot of photos and videos and went through both batteries in one day. Usually they last me several days, even on trips.

Samsung S860 8.1MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom (Silver)

Samsung - No Comments » - Posted on July, 25 at 9:50 pm

Samsung S860 8.1MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom (Silver) The Samsung S860 is a high-resolution digital camera that is equipped with a true-color filtered 8.1-Megapixel CCD. This allows the Samsung S860 to take detailed photos for printing up to poster size. With the Face Detection AF & AE function, the Samsung S860 enables the user to take better portrait pictures more easily. This function detects faces and automatically focuses on them. The brightness of the faces is adjusted optimally for beautiful portrait pictures. In macro shooting, it is now possible to take clear, natural pictures. Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) technology prevents the degradation of image clarity and color, which is sometimes found in flash photography. With DIS the effects of image blur are reduced in lower light conditions. You can even take well-exposed, sharper pictures in low light conditions without using a flash at all, which guarantees brighter and more natural pictures. The different icons, scene modes and other features are described in simple and easy to understand terms to improve the interaction between the user and camera. ISO - Auto, 80, 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1000 Flash Modes - Auto, Auto & Red-eye reduction, Fill-in flash, Slow sync, and Flash off Range - Wide 0.3m - 4.0m and Tele 0.5m - 2.1m (ISO AUTO) Self-timer - 2 seconds and 10 seconds Still Image File Format - JPEG (DCF), EXIF 2.2, and DPOF 1.1 Scene Modes - Children, Landscape, Close-up, Text, Sunset, Dawn, Backlight, Fireworks, Beach & Snow, and Night System Requirements - Pentium II 450MHz (Pentium 800MHz recommended), Windows 98SE, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, Mac OS 9.2, 10.4 or later, 64MB RAM, 200MB free space, USB port, CD-ROM drive, 1024×768 pixels, 16-bit color display compatible monitor, Microsoft DirectX 9.0C Dimensions - Approximately Width 3.66 x Height 2.44 x Depth 1.04 (93×62x26.5mm) Weight - 123 grams
Customer Review: Good photos, good size.
This may not be the best camera out there but it’s a Samsung. I love all Samsung products. This cam is a very convenient size and the photo sttings allow a wide variety of subjects to look good.
Customer Review: GREAT CAMERA FOR A GREAT PRICE!
I had a FujiFilm 7.3 megapixel camera ($149.99) and I dropped it and broke the lens. Fuji was going to charge me almost the same to fix it. So I thought I would spend that money on a better camera. This camera is so wonderful. It is an 8.1 megapixel and only cost me $88.00 total. I am so happy with this camera. It takes such clear, crisp pictures. I have a 5 year old daughter and she doesnt like to sit still and the shutter speed is fast enough to where I can take a great picture of her before she moves. It also takes wonderful videos, It has two different size of videos 640×480 and 320×240. The videos are clear and the sound on it is awesome. It has a few effects to add to your pictures too. You can make your pictures, black and white, sepia, red, green, blue, negative, and you can customize your own color. You can view your pictures in a slideshow right on the camera. You can choose from 5 different slideshow effects and 3 different music tones. It is really cool. I love this camera so much. It has a lot of great features for such a low price. The face detection is great also, it lets you know if the face isn’t in focus. And it helps alot when you take a self portrait. It is so easy to use. My 5 yr. old daughter uses it without any problems. She can change it from still pictures to video in a snap. So if you are looking for a great camera that takes awesome pictures, awesome videos, for a low price…I suggest you give this camera a try. You won’t regret it.

Pentax Optio W30 7.1 MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom

Pentax - No Comments » - Posted on July, 25 at 9:47 pm

Pentax Optio W30 7.1 MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom Take your underwater images to a new depth. With an enhanced waterproof design, the compact Optio W30 performance capacity has more than doubled and now allows photographers to capture images underwater up to 10 feet for 2 hours. The generous 2.5-inch LCD monitor offers an LCD Bright Mode that can adjust the brightness of the screen as necessary for improved viewing in the sunlight. Ever the perfect camera for capturing adventure in the outdoors, the Optio W30 also features both Digital and Movie SR modes to reduce blur in both image and video capture. The Optio W30 also features the Face Recognition function and Macro Photography mode to allow image capture at under half an inch for stunning close-ups of photography subjects such as flowers, insects, jewelry and much more.
Customer Review: Disappointing Image Quality
This camera was purchased for snapshots at the beach and around the pool, and fortunately it lives up to the waterproof claim. Unfortunately the image quality is disappointing.
Auto focus is slow and inaccurate - expect lots of blurry pics and missed shots (especially of fast moving subjects like kids or fish.)
Exposure controls offer many options, none of which seem to work very well. Expect lots of blown highlights and dark shadows.
Low light performance is very lacking. Images are very grainy at high ISO in available light. Images are prone to “purple fringe” artifacts.
The flash is also inadequate. If the subject is close enough to be within range the flash is likely to blow out highlights.
The battery charger requires a separate power cord - a very bulky design. The camera is compact, but you’ll need a big case to fit the charger and cords in.
Watch the latches for opening the battery/card and AV/power ports. They are easy to open accidentally - a disaster if it happens under water. I place a piece of electrical tape over them to keep them secure.
If you plan to use this for snorkeling, be aware - the bright shinny finish looks just like an injured mackrel to that barricuda behind you.
In summary, this camera is just ok for snapshots around the pool or a day at the beach, but don’t expect any great image quality. At 7 MP you can make some nice enlargements, but you probably will not want to.
Customer Review: Rugged!
I pre-ordered this camera over a year ago. It is still great. I have a Canon SLR and didnt want to ruin it with the watersports that we do. This was the perfect option. The only issue I have is taking underwater pictures, at times I cant see what I’m trying to take a picutre of. (probably user failure!)Most times, I just aim in that direction and hope for the best. My camera has been in fresh water springs, Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic Ocean, pools and always with me while kayaking. I’ve never had any leaking, sand issues, etc.

Customer Review: Nice Little Camera for the Pocket
Can’t ask for an easier to use menu interface. Great pictures. Umpteen picture taking modes. Everything is automatic, meaning there is no manual aperture or exposure settings. Having just gotten this recently, I was surprised the easy the shooting mode dial turns… maybe too easy. in fact, I wonder if it’s loose… anybody owning same, please comment.
Customer Review: Awesome camera, awesome zoom
Perfect camera for someone who wants to take pictures far off or just needs a 10x zoom but does not want a bulky camera. I just replaced my Canon S2IS which was 3 times this size. Fits right in your pocket.

Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras

Nikon - No Comments » - Posted on July, 25 at 9:47 pm

Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras A compact and fast lens that is perfect for travel and portrait pictures, as well as general photography / f/1.8D / 50mm / Compatible with 52mm Filters Stops down to f/22 for excellent depth-of-field control
Customer Review: Nikon 50mm f/1.8
I have a grownig collection of lenses, including the great 18-200mm VR and 70-300mm VR lenses, yet the lens I use most of the time is the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 lens. It works exceptionally well on my D50 where it focusses fast and with auto ISO…I get very sharp images with the available light, without having to use the flash. It also works well on my F80 film camera. Every Nikon SLR owner should have one of these lenses in their bag. (There are auto-focus issues with D40, D40x and D60…but I believe you can focus manually even with these cameras for great results.)
Customer Review: Great Lens for the Price
This is a great lens for such a discounted price. I only used zoom lenses before the purchase of this lens. The depth of field is awsome on this lens. Of course on the Nikon D40 (D40x and D60)the lens does not autofocus because this particular camera does not have in-body focus ability. It took a few shots before I could perfect focusing but once I did that I loved it. If you can deal with having to actually exercise while taking pictures then this lens is for you.

Fujifilm NP-45 Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery for Fuji Z10fd, Z100fd, J10 & Z20fd Digital Cameras

Fuji - No Comments » - Posted on July, 25 at 9:43 pm

Fujifilm NP-45 Lithium Ion Rechargeable Battery for Fuji Z10fd, Z100fd, J10 & Z20fd Digital Cameras Marketing description is not available.
Customer Review: Watch the shipping charges!
This product is exactly what I needed and it arrived VERY quickly (probably because I requested the expedited shipping). However, I should note that the price of the shipping was actually double the price of the battery itself. That would have been okay, because I did need the item quickly. However, I was quite shocked when I later received a bill from FedEx for an additional shipping charge.
Customer Review: Great product
Excellent product. We vacationed outside the country and always a freshly charged battery thanks to this product. It holds a charge for a long time.

Customer Review: Portable Camcorder With Great Looks, Function, and Simplicity
The Flip Video Ultra is a product I am very happy to have purchased. I previously used an old model Sony camcorder that my dad bought at a pawn shop. I would mostly capture footage of me and my friends weekend parties and the occasional trip. While effective, it became a problem when others asked to see the footage and I could only show them in person due to the old tape format.
This problem has been solved with the Flip Video Ultra. Now I can capture video and instantly plug its usb port into a computer for easy uploading with the included software. The video captured is of decent quality with a 2x zoom when needed, and up to 60 minutes of video can be captured at a time.
This camcorder fits in your hand and has a simple yet stylish design that is sleek and modern. In addition the cell-phone size of this camcorder makes it very convenient to carry in a pocket, and can go wherever you go. This makes capturing great moments an easy process whether you’re on vacation or going out. Best of all, the price is affordable and definately well worth the purchase!
Customer Review: Truly simple
The Flip Ultra Series Camcorder is truly as simply as it seems and sounds. Not only is it simple, but the video quality is quite nice and the ultra portibility is an added bonus.

Navigon 2120 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Navigator

Navigon 2120 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Navigator Customer Review: I wouldn’t buy anything from Navigon again
I purchased the Navigon Mobile Navigator 5 in Germany for use in Italy. I wanted a TomTom but they were out, so I purchased Navigon. What a waste. Not user-friendly at all–have to continually refer to manual for the simplest things as it just doesn’t make sense.
